Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FieldToCAD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FieldToCAD is an analytical data-processing utility that assists with coordinate localization and survey data transformation. All computations run locally in your browser. Survey files are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Professional Responsibility

FieldToCAD does not certify survey accuracy. Final geodetic validation remains the statutory responsibility of the Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). You agree to verify all transformed control against an independent source before use in production deliverables.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled per our refund policy available upon request.

6. Data Privacy

We collect only the minimum data required to provide the Service (email, name, billing information). Survey coordinates, field data, and geographic files are never transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. FieldToCAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
